About Live Biotic Daily+
Your body is home to around 38 trillion bacteria - roughly half of you by cell count. These invisible microorganisms form your gut microbiome, which influence your overall wellbeing by playing vital roles in immunity, digestion, synthesizing key vitamins, metabolites and neurotransmitters. By supplementing with Live Biotic Daily+ you are introducing more beneficial bacteria to your gut microbiome which can provide benefits for digestion and overall health.
Modern life can challenge your gut balance. Stress, busy routines, travel, antibiotics, and less-than-perfect diets can all impact the gut microbiome. While probiotic foods can help, few of us eat them daily or in amounts shown to have a meaningful effect — that’s where Live Biotic Daily+ can support.
✓ Digestive discomfort such as bloating and constipation
✓ Gut microbiome support during travel or antibiotic use
✓ Everyday microbiome maintenance – optional flexible dose (1 capsule = 17.5 billion CFU)
✓ Immune support*
✓ Suitable for those with IBS
*Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system
The capsule contains live bacteria at appropriate doses, therefore it can be considered a probiotic. However, we refrain from using such terms as UK Law prevents this, seeing our products as food supplements to which no health claims can be associated.
Your gut microbiome is like an inner community that does far more than help you digest food. It turns fibre into short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs) that feed your gut cells, helps make certain vitamins, supports your immune system, and even communicates with your brain through the gut–brain axis. When it’s in balance, this community can have a powerful impact on your overall health and wellbeing.
Probiotics are live bacteria that, when taken in the right amounts, help keep the community of microbes in your gut in balance. They work alongside your resident microbiome to help break down food, contribute to the production of vitamins and short-chain fatty acids, and support a balanced gut environment. Research shows that probiotics can also interact with immune cells, help maintain the integrity of the gut barrier, and influence signalling along the gut–brain axis. Clinical studies in humans have shown that certain well-characterised probiotic strains can support digestive comfort, promote regular bowel habits, and contribute to overall wellbeing - which is why many people choose to include them in their daily routine.
A balanced diet is the foundation of good gut health, but many people don’t always have the time to eat as healthily as they’d like. On top of that, factors like stress, travel, and antibiotics can all influence the balance of gut bacteria. For this reason, some people choose to include a probiotic supplement in their daily routine as an extra way to help maintain the balance of good bacteria in their gut microbiome.
Results and Expectations
Everyone’s gut is unique, so the timing varies. Some people notice changes in the digestive tract within a few days. Other longer-term benefits, such as support for gut-immune function, may take longer to notice.
Even if you don’t feel something straight away, the bacteria strains in Live Biotic Daily+ are active from the first dose — working within your gut to help sustain balance and support your natural defences with consistent daily use.
You may start to notice changes within the first few weeks, but live bacteria supplements work best when taken consistently. To give your microbiome time to adjust, we recommend taking Live Biotic Daily+ for at least 3 months. This approach is in line with guidance from The British Society of Gastroenterology for anyone trying a bacterial product. Many people continue taking it long term.
Everyone’s gut microbiome is unique, so experiences with Live Biotic Daily+ can vary from person to person. The strains we include have been extensively studied in human trials and are generally well tolerated, with minimal side effects reported.
When you first start taking any probiotic, including Live Biotic Daily+, it’s not uncommon to notice mild digestive changes like bloating, gas, or temporary shifts in bowel habits — including feeling a little slower or constipated at first. This happens because your gut ecosystem is adapting to the introduction of new beneficial bacteria, and your body needs time to adjust to these shifts in microbial activity and fermentation patterns. These symptoms typically settle down on their own within a few days to a few weeks as your microbiome acclimates.
If you do notice changes, simple adjustments like staying well-hydrated and maintaining balanced fibre intake can help ease the transition period.
However, if digestive symptoms persist beyond a few weeks or cause concern, stop taking Live Biotic Daily+ and speak with your GP or healthcare provider to rule out other causes and get personalised advice.
Live Biotic Daily+ is a high-strength probiotic, but we have purposely designed the dose across two capsules allowing you to take one capsule if you prefer. Everyone’s gut is different, and some people respond better to certain strains than others. Sensitivity with other products can sometimes be due to the use of strains that are not as well researched, or the inclusion of added fibres such as FOS and other high-FODMAP ingredients. Live Biotic Daily+ contains only high-quality, extensively researched strains and is formulated without high-FODMAP fibres, making it suitable for sensitive digestion.

Yes. Many people choose to take probiotics while using antibiotics to help maintain balance in the gut. For best results, we recommend taking Live Biotic Daily+ a few hours apart from your antibiotic dose. If you’re unsure or taking long courses of antibiotics, it’s always best to check with your GP or pharmacist.
Live Biotic Daily+ is a complete gut health formula, so you don’t need extra probiotics. If you already take a multivitamin or another supplement containing vitamin D, just check that it provides no more than 1,000 IU — this ensures your total intake stays within safe limits when combined with the high-strength vitamin D in Live Biotic Daily+. If you’re taking prescribed medication - especially treatments that affect your immune system - it’s always best to check with your GP before starting anything new.

Quality and Evidence
EVIDOSE® Live Biotic Daily+ is priced higher than many biotics because it contains four of the world’s most scientifically researched bacterial strains, each included at doses consistent with published studies. It is carefully formulated with overages so that 35 billion cultures remain alive through to the end of shelf life, not just at the time of manufacture. The formula also includes premium vegan algae-derived Vitamin D3V® and avoids strains with limited evidence or high-FODMAP fibres, making it suitable for sensitive digestion. All batches are third-party tested for purity and contaminants. These choices raise costs but ensure a product built on science, quality, and trust.
Yes. Live Biotic Daily+ is carefully formulated to remain stable for its entire shelf life. We’ve chosen high-quality strains that have been proven to tolerate stomach acid and bile, and each one is freeze-dried to protect it in a dormant state. Once the capsule reaches your gut, the strains are reactivated. This process means they remain stable at room temperature and don’t require refrigeration.
We decided to exclude high FODMAP foods including FOS or inulin prebiotics as these can sometimes cause digestive discomfort in some people with IBS.
Yes, it is third party tested for purity and contaminants.
