7. Orders & Contract Formation

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products.

• You can review and correct mistakes before submitting your order during the checkout process.
• A legally binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation/dispatch email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, including where products are unavailable or pricing errors occur.

8. Prices & Payment

• Prices include VAT where applicable
• Delivery charges are shown at checkout
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time

Payment must be made using one of the methods displayed at checkout.

Where we discover a pricing error after you have placed an order, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

9. Shelf Life, Storage & Product Stability

Best Before dates and shelf life for EVIDOSE products are determined based on storage under the recommended conditions stated on the product label, within typical UK ambient temperature and humidity conditions.

Many probiotic strains and nutrients are sensitive to heat and humidity. We cannot be held responsible for deterioration in product quality, potency, or stability resulting from storage or use outside the stated storage instructions, or under climatic or environmental conditions outside those typically experienced in the UK.

To account for natural degradation over time, overages are built into our formulations. When stored in accordance with the instructions on the label and under UK ambient conditions, the CFU count stated on the packaging is guaranteed to be present up to the end of the stated shelf life.

10. Delivery

We currently deliver to the UK only, full details are in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. If no one is available at the delivery address, the carrier may leave the parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour, or attempt re-delivery in accordance with the carrier’s policies.

Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays or failure to deliver caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to courier delays, strikes, severe weather, supply chain disruption, or regulatory delays. Where this occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed and arrange delivery as soon as practicable.

Risk of loss passes to you once the products are delivered to the address provided.

10. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Due to the nature of food supplements, products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods. Delivery costs are refundable only where required by law.

11. Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription:

• Payments will be taken automatically at the agreed frequency
• You may manage, pause, or cancel your subscription via your account or by contacting us at info@evidosebiotics.com
• For subscription orders, we require a minimum of 4 business days notice prior to your next shipment date if you wish to cancel, pause, or amend your subscription.
• Failed payments may result in suspension or cancellation

12. Promotions and Discount Codes

From time to time we may offer promotional discounts, referral offers, bundles, or other incentives. Unless otherwise stated:

• Promotions are time-limited and may be withdrawn or amended at any time
• Discount codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Promotions may not be combined unless explicitly stated
• Offer eligibility may be limited to specific products, customers, or order types

13. Reviews & Testimonials

Customer reviews reflect individual experiences and opinions. Results may vary.

Use of Reviews in Marketing
